Colombia vs Japan preview

This is the first match of the final group. This is probably the hardest group to call with no real big team s and no minnows either. England eyes will be on this match as it's likely they will play one of these teams in the last 16. Colombia's star name is undoubtedly James Rodriguez who was the breakthrough stars of  the 2014 World Cup. Colombia though, are very much a team and play as a cohesive unit and not all the play goes through Rodriguez. They are famed for their short fast interplay and expect more tonight.
Japan rely very much on Shinji Kagawa, if he plays well, Japan plays well. However, Japan can become too reliant on Kagawa and become one dimensional. A clever team can mark him out of the match and restrict Japan's potency.
I expect this to be an open fluid match and Colombia to have too much for Japan.

Final score prediction 3-1

Best odds:   Colombia   4/6    Draw   12/5    Japan   5/1

Best bet    Both teams to score   13/10
