Arsenal star semi-final after bagging Man of Match performance

Undeniably, Aaron Ramsey brilliant performance that saw the Wales reach the last  four of Euro 2016 tournament yesterday night was indeed a superb and outstanding performance.

The Arsenal midfielder and his fellow team-mates had to come from behind, after conceding a very powerful shot that goes directly in the goal post from Radja Nainggolan put Belgium ahead with a fiercely-struck far shot.

The 25-year-old and Wales answer back to the conceded goal well, and the Welsh set up Wales equalizing with a tantalizing corner kick which kick was nodded in by Ashley Williams.

At the second-half of the game, Ramsey added his second assist of the evening, by making crossing for Hal Robson-Kanu in 55th minutes and he fired it home to lead.

However, the heartbreaking footnote here is that, Ramsey will miss the Wednesday’s semi-final match against Portugal at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais arena through suspension. The booking came in soon after his second assist for Robson-Kanu.

The Arsenal midfielder was booked for handball as he leant towards an attempted Belgium through-ball. In addition, Ben Davies will also miss the semi-final as well as he book for a second yellow card.

Be as it may, Wale’s sensational run in Euro 2016 will continue after they Welsh team defeated Belgium 3 -1 in Lille to advance to a semi-final with Portugal.


The Portugese however, made it to the present stage they are by penalties won over Poland, they haven’t won a match at Euro 2016 in 90 minutes so far. Wales, meanwhile, have triumph to win hearts and minds as the tournament has progressed. 

His performance indeed will delight the north London fans as they will be hoping the Welsh will be bring his fitness and ability he has shown for Wales so far back to the Emirates Stadium at the end of Euro 2016.
