Millwall & Arsenal triumph, Lewandowski nearer to Utd switch

So it's Millwall v Wigan again at Wembley! Against the odds and in front of the lowest FA Cup quarter final crowd for at least 25 years (8,635), a Danny Shittu header ensured the Lions set up another meeting at the national stadium with the Latics. Back then in the 90s, Wigan triumphed 1-0 in the Auto Windscreens Shield. Now Millwall will be plotting revenge and will no doubt have 50,000 plus fans there once again, this time hoping for a final against Chelsea, Manchester United or Manchester City.
Talking of City, Carlos Tevez could be in jail by the time the semi finals take place, after being charged with driving while disqualified.
Another Manchester-based striker hitting the news is 'unsettled' Wayne Rooney. I'm not so sure he is 'unsettled', but he has been left out of the team, and that in itself fuels speculation. If that results in United bringing Robert Lewandowski to Old Trafford, then United fans would be forgiven for hoping Rooney stays 'unsettled' until a deal is done. Then Shrek will settle down again and United's squad will be even stronger!
Talking of squads, Arsenal's paper thin squad managed a minor miracle by defeating Bayern Munich away, but couldn't make it a major miracle by knocking the Bavarian giants out of the Champions League. Still there is always next year, unless this year becomes the first time in 16 seasons that Arsenal fail to qualify for the tournament.
