Juventus plan to watch £15million-rated Lewandowski take on England

Juventus are interested in Robert Lewandowski.

The 24-year-old is regarded as one of the best strikers in European football, having helped Borussia Dortmund to successive Bundesliga titles. Lewandowski was tipped for a big-money transfer during the summer, with a number of Premier League clubs interested, but he remains in Germany where he is under contract until June 2014.

However, it would be something of a surprise if the striker was to spend a fourth year at the Westfalenstadion, although he will see the season out at his current club if they progress into the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League. After that, though, clubs in England and Italy are expected to challenge for his £15million-rated signature.

One side who would dearly love to add Lewandowski to their ranks is Juve. The Italian champions have made the player a top target as they look to build on their title success of last season, and they plan to watch him in action when Poland host England in a World Cup qualifier next week.
